Shipping:
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it may take a bit longer to deliver. Please allow 3–5 business days for production in addition to shipping time. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because of the made-to-order nature of this product, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions include manufacturing error or incorrect item received. If there is an issue of this nature with your order, please get in touch within seven days of receiving your item and include a clear photo showing the issue.
